EXCHANGE
Guests may exchange foreign currency and Eurocheques, at the Reception on 24 hours basis.

INFO-BOARDS
On the mezzanine floor (Lift stop H) you will find essential information about your holidays as provided by your Tour Operator, as well as information about recreational activities and entertainment in Rodos Palladium.
The mezzanine floor is, also, the meeting point with your tour operator’s hotel representatives.

BEACH & POOL SUNBEDS
Umbrellas and sunbeds, both at the pool and the beach, are provided free of charge, by showing your I.D. Card. Please do not leave any personal items, for reservation purposes, on the sunbeds overnight.

BEACH & POOL TOWELS
Please contact the Reception Desk in case you need beach and pool towels. With a refundable deposit of €10 per person you will get a towel card. Please give your towel card to the Pool Attendant (09:00 – 19:00) and in exchange he will provide you with one towel. Your card will be given back to you once you return your towel to the Pool Attendant. For personal hygiene reasons guests are kindly requested not to use their bathroom towels at the beach or the pools.

PLEASE NOTE: During check-out you need to return your towel cards to the Reception Desk. A €15 fee will be charged in case a towel card is not returned to the Reception Desk.

CAR RENTAL
You may rent a car from the desk besides the Reception Desk. Special Rates apply for our guests.

PARKING
Guests’ Parking is located in front of the hotel across the road. Please use your room’s key card to enter and exit the parking. The Hotel regrets that it cannot assume responsibility for parked cars. Parking in front of the hotel’s main entrance is not permitted.

SHOPPING ARCADE
On the entrance floor level, there is a Jewellery shop, an accessories Leather shop (bags, shoes & belts, clothes), and a Mini market where you will find gifts, but, also, snacks & drinks, as well as foreign press, cigarettes, stamps, adaptors etc. On the Ground floor level, within the Spa, there is a Hairdressing Salon.

INTERNET & Wi-Fi
Guests can access the Internet free of charge through the hotel’s Wi-Fi network. You may login through your email, Facebook or Twitter account. Alternatively you may contact the Reception Desk to obtain your access credentials.

PERSONAL COMPUTERS
PCs with Internet access and Microsoft Office applications are available for our guests – free of charge – on the lobby level.

PETS
We regret the fact that pets are not allowed in Rodos Palladium.

For your private party or dinner, please contact our Restaurant Manager.

CONFERENCE ROOMS
The hotel offers excellent conference facilities, with state of the art audio-visual equipment. Plato and Socrates meeting rooms may accommodate up to 100 delegates each, while Academia up to 450 delegates (all capacities in theatre style). Please contact our Food & Beverage Manager for further information.
