I.D. CARD – ARRIVAL MINI FOLDER
Upon your arrival, you are given a small blue I.D. card with your name and room number written on it. During your stay this card will serve as your identification card. For security reasons, please carry this card with you, at all times, having a meal, or charging your bill. Please note that only the person whose signature appears on this card may charge your bill. In case of loss please report it immediately to Reception.
When entering your room, place the key-card into the special socket to turn on the electricity. By removing it from the socket, always when leaving the room, the electricity power will be turned off (except of the refrigerator).
As the hotel cannot accept any responsibility for the loss of any valuables, we advise all our guests to use the safety deposit box inside the wardrobe in the room, free of charge. Please read the instructions to enter your personalized numeric code. On your departure day, please leave the safety deposit box open.
To get an external line please dial 9. Your room’s bill will be charged automatically.
LAUNDRY & DRY CLEANING
Please complete the laundry list found in your room’s folder info. Place clothes in the bag provided and hand it to your chambermaid, or dial 0 for the operator.
Regular service takes 2 days, while pressing 1 day. For same day service there is a 50% surcharge. We regret that there is no service on Sundays or public holidays.
At the Souvenirs’ shop you may find a variety of electricity adaptors.
The current electricity voltage is 220 Volts.
A large number of multilingual satellite programs are available through your TV set. Unfortunately some others are not available due to the island’s geographic location.\
To set a wake up call please contact the telephone operator (dial 0), or dial 77 and follow the detailed instructions in your language.
To access your messages, please dial 0 for the operator.
IRON & IRONING BOARD
In case you need an iron and an ironing board please contact the Reception Desk.
In case of any maintenance problem please contact the Reception.
DO NOT DISTURB
By the entrance door of each room a ringing bell announces the visitors. If you wish not to be disturbed please push the relative button and the red Do Not Disturb sign will be on. If you wish the chambermaid to clean your room, please press the appropriate green button.
