HOW TO EARN POINTS
You earn points every time you stay in our hotels. The number of points depend both on your accommodation (room & board), as well as on the amount of your extras:
POINTS FOR YOUR ACCOMMODATION (Room & Board):
If your booking is direct with the hotel, the number of accommodation points to be earned depends on the amount paid for your room and your board.
If your booking is indirect, the accommodation points to be earned is a fixed number per room night that varies according to the hotel stayed, the type of room, and the month of your stay.

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR POINTS
You can redeem the points you earned with free nights and / or consumption in any Food & Beverage Department in any of our hotels.
- To redeem your award points for Free Nights please Sign-in in the Harmony & Bonus Website with your username and password and select the Redeem / Redeem for Free Nights option.
- To redeem your award points for consumption in food & beverage departments please refer to the Guest Relations during your stay.
