Our Housekeeping team is at the heart of the daily hotel experience. Much of their work happens quietly and often goes unnoticed — yet it is essential. From the immaculate presentation of our rooms and public areas to the highest standards of safety, hygiene and cleanliness, their attention to detail creates the comfort and peace of mind our guests value every day.
And, of course, there is that extra sparkle — the finishing touches that help turn a well-kept hotel into a welcoming place to stay.

Behind every memorable stay is a team of people working together — from Front Office and Guest Relations to Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Kitchen, Reservations, Sales, Marketing and every other department that contributes to the guest experience.
Each role is different, but we share the same goal: to make every guest feel welcome, comfortable and cared for.
This Housekeeping Week, we celebrate our Housekeeping colleagues in particular, while also saying thank you to our entire Rodos Palladium team. It is through our combined effort, dedication and teamwork that we create the experience our guests return to year after year.
