The elegant Symposium Restaurant serves lavish American buffet breakfast as well as local & international cuisine during dinner.

Enjoy a first-class meal under the starlight on the wonderful verandas with a rich variety of buffet options and unique cooking show dishes. In addition, four times a week the buffet dinner is enhanced with a table d’hôte menu for the main course. The culinary inspirations of our famous chef’s team combined with attentive, personal service and spectacular views of the palm gardens and the sea will transform every dinner into a truly memorable experience.

DRESS CODE: In order to enjoy your stay in our resort at the utmost, we’d like you to feel completely comfortable and skip the hassle of changing clothes multiple times a day. However, as a sign of respect to all our guests coming from different countries and cultures, we do apply a chic-casual dress code during dinner time in our restaurants – hence, the following attire is NOT ACCEPTED. Sport shorts or training trousers, sport t-shirts or tank tops or sleeveless shirts and flip-flops.
