COVID-19 Travel Information Update: 02 July 2020


 

Dear valued guests and friends,

We hope this message find you and you loved ones safe and in good health.

The Covid-19 pandemic, apart from its significant economic and social consequences, continues to have a negative impact on the daily life and activities of people around the globe.
Unfortunately, this includes uncertainty for travel. As a result, demand for international holiday trips has been significantly reduced, and our hotel could not be an exception.

The number of reservations we have so far, and our low occupancy do not enable us to offer a complete holiday experience, which under normal circumstances includes the operation of all our facilities and the provision of our full range of services. All those who have honoured us with their preference in recent years, know very well our passion to offer high quality in a wide range of options and services.

Unfortunately, the outlook of our bookings for the coming months, but more than that the market trends combined with the continuing uncertainty for air travel, does not show us that the pessimistic messages we have today will change in the near future. However, in no circumstances we would like to compromise with offering a limited range of services, significantly behind from the integrated and wholistic experience and standards our loyal guests have been accustomed to receiving in Rodos Palladium Leisure & Wellness.

At the same time, due to significant delays caused by the lockdown during the recent months, the renovation of our public areas has not yet been completed. Work continues to be in progress to enable us to offer you in the future an upgraded and contemporary holiday experience.

For the above reasons we have decided that Rodos Palladium Leisure & Wellness will not operate during the 2020 season. We would like to assure you that this was a very difficult decision. We do understand that such a decision is unpleasant for many of you who have planned your holidays with us. Sincerely, we would like to assure you that it is equally unpleasant for us: We would love to be in a position to host you and offer you a memorable holiday experience.

We would like to thank all of you for choosing Rodos Palladium for your holiday this year. But more than that, we feel obliged to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that such a decision causes to your holiday plans, regardless if this was your first time in our hotel, or you were part of our loyals who honour us with their support all these years. We would like to assure you that in 2021 we will welcome you with an upgraded product and with the same service quality you are used to receiving from our hotel. Till then please stay safe and keep strong to overcome this very difficult period.

In case you have a direct reservation with our hotel (via our website, telephone, or email), or a reservation through an Online Travel Agent for which a prepayment to our hotel has been made, kindly please contact our reservations department at  reservations@rodospalladium.gr . For reservations made through a tour operator or a travel agent please contact them directly to examine alternative options.
